During this webinar, a real coaching case study is presented. Coaches are invited to clarify the situation, identify the key coaching issues, and propose relevant coaching approaches, frameworks and interventions. Rather than prescribing a single “right” approach, the webinar creates a collaborative learning environment where coaches can exchange perspectives, challenge assumptions and learn from one another’s experience. By exploring how different coaches might approach the same case, participants broaden their coaching repertoire and develop greater confidence and flexibility in responding to real coaching situations. It is a community of practice where coaches learn with and from one another.
