"I recently completed the Drawmetrics Assessment profile. It was completely different from any profiling tool I have experienced, and I felt that the report provided in the debrief was exceptionally accurate in describing me in both a professional and a personal setting. It highlighted my strengths as well as areas that I could explore for improving my interpersonal skills and relationships. There was a level of depth in the report that allowed me to reflect and ask further questions around any potential blindspots I might have, as well as identifying possible areas for professional development.

Lastly, I loved that the instrument was based on rough sketching and didn’t rely on my vocabulary or nuanced understanding of descriptive words, making it applicable where language or neurodiversity may impact the accuracy of more traditional profiling tools."
