Marina Shearer brings over 30 years of expertise in training, facilitation, and coaching, with a career deeply rooted in psychometric profiling from its very beginning. As a Master Trainer for the past decade, Marina has guided practitioners, leaders, and coaches in developing the skills and insight needed to create meaningful change through profiling.
In her role as Director of PROFILE Coaching Ltd, she leads all coach development initiatives, ensuring high standards of excellence and practical impact across the coaching community. Based in Canterbury, New Zealand, Marina is recognised for her clarity, warmth, & commitment to empowering individuals and organisations to realise their potential.
