About Xavier
Xavier is a family coach and counsellor with over three decades of experience supporting individuals, families, and communities to grow in resilience, purpose, and leadership. His work spans corporate, educational, and faith-based contexts, where
he is recognised for integrating sound psychological principles with values-based practices.
Xavier designs and facilitates parenting, leadership, and psychoeducational programmes for parents, adolescents, and young adults. His work includes leadership workshops and group-based learning environments that foster peer support and community building.
Xavier is married for more than 30 years and has two boys and two girls. He shares practical parenting tips that aligns with the best practices in psychology. Xavier is known for his thoughtful, grounded approach, his ability to bridge psychology and
faith, and his deep belief in strengthening families as the foundation for healthy communities.
