AI can now generate a polished resume in seconds. Simply by putting the qualifications you are looking for and pasting it into AI, you can produce a document that looks highly tailored and convincing. But this creates a new challenge. A resume is no longer a reliable reflection of how a person truly thinks or behaves. It can be shaped, refined, and optimised to match almost any job description.

Most hiring processes still depend on interviews and rehearsed answers. The issue is, people can prepare for these. They can present themselves well without necessarily revealing how they respond in real situations, how they collaborate, or how they deal with pressure.

In this upcoming webinar, we will introduce a different way of understanding people at work.

Through simple drawings like a pentagon or a stingray, we explore behavioural signals that are much harder to fake. These exercises help surface natural tendencies that do not usually appear in resumes or interviews.

You will learn how this approach can reveal:

Decision-making style

Preference for structure versus flexibility

Team compatibility

Stress response patterns

Leadership potential
