My name is Claudine Barnes and I am a Health Coach and Herbalist. My original degrees in The Netherlands were Bachelor in Nursing, Occupational Hygiene and Ergonomics. I have seen a lot of businesses on the inside and with that a lot of issues that have a negative effect on our health. I discovered that one of the biggest influences on our health, both physically and mentally, is bad sleep in any shape or form.
