As a Certified Master Coach with the Behavioural Coaching Institute in Sydney and a Presentation Master with over 40 years of public speaking and presenting,  he has helped senior leaders across industries sharpen how they think, communicate, and perform.

Eugene has facilitated training and coaching programmes across eight countries, working with organisations including Ernst & Young, New Zealand Home Loans, Mainfreight, Westpac Financial Services, Credit Repair Australia, Vodafone NZ, Rhema Media, and Auckland University Short Courses. His experience spans the financial services, legal, insurance, banking, and professional services sectors.

For five years, Eugene was the keynote speaker for the Rhema Media Boost Your Business Roadshow and is the creator of Grow Together, a monthly Zoom PowerCast in collaboration with Rhema Media.

He is also the creator of the 13 Box Presentation System and author of several eBooks and self-published books that equip professionals with practical frameworks for persuasive communication.
