Thrive & Revive is a complete, ready-to-deliver workshop on stress, overwhelm and burnout, packaged so you can make it your own and run it with your clients, teams or community.

$1,500. Includes 2 facilitators, each with a place in the next LIVE Train the Trainer session. Additional facilitators: $350 each

Building a good wellbeing kit means writing the content, designing slides, scripting the session, creating participant materials and making it all look professional. That takes weeks, and most of it is work your participants never see.

This kit does that work for you. The slides, facilitator's guide and participant workbook are written to match each other section by section, so what you say, what people see and what they write in their workbooks all line up.

Everything is built in Canva. You open your own copy, add your logo, colours and contact details, adjust the wording and examples, and you're ready to deliver.

The workshop helps participants to:

  • Understand how stress, overwhelm and burnout build, and spot their own tipping point.

  • Recognise the old patterns and "baggage" that shape how they respond under pressure.

  • Learn what is happening in their body and brain when stress hits, including the role of hormones.

  • Understand their own and others' working styles through the Johari Window and DISC.

  • Clarify their values and turn them into daily actions.

  • Practise the pause between stimulus and response, and choose how to respond.

  • Use practical recovery tools, including sleep, mindfulness (RAIN), creativity and change.

  • Leave with a written action plan.

What's included

Eight editable Canva files, each with its own Template link so you get your own copy to customise.

Slide deck (17 slides). The presentation you deliver on the day. Clean, calm design with a section for each topic.

Certificate of completion (1 page). Editable certificate to present to participants.

Badge (1 design). A digital badge participants can keep or share.

Everything is editable. Change the colours, fonts, logos, wording and examples. Remove sections you don't need. Add your own stories.

PLUS 2 hours of live coaching with the developer Marina Shearer on tips to present

What participants cover

The workshop moves from understanding stress, to understanding yourself, to practical recovery and change. Each topic has a slide section, facilitator notes and a matching workbook page.

Thriving. What it means to thrive, and the case for looking after yourself before you reach crisis.

The tipping point. How pressure builds, and how to recognise the point where coping turns into overwhelm.

The baggage. The beliefs and habits we carry that shape how we respond to stress, with reflection prompts.

Overwhelm. What overwhelm is, how it feels and how it affects thinking and behaviour.

Hormones and the stress response. What happens in the brain and body under stress, including the hypothalamus, adrenaline and cortisol, and the long-term impacts of chronic stress.

Johari Window. How we see ourselves and how others see us, and how feedback widens self-awareness.

DISC styles. Four behavioural styles, how each tends to experience stress, and how to avoid judging yourself against others.

Values. Choosing the values that guide you, and using a values compass to turn each one into an action.

Stimulus and response. The space between what happens and how we respond, and three choices for handling a difficult situation.

Sleep. The benefits of sleep for focus, mood and decision-making, and practical suggestions for better rest.

Mindfulness (RAIN). A four-step practice to work with difficult emotions: Recognise, Accept, Investigate, Nurture.

Change. Why nothing changes if nothing changes, and building the agility to adapt.

Creativity. How creative activity supports recovery from stress and burnout.

My Action Plan. A written plan so participants leave with their priorities and next steps.

Who it's for

Trainers and facilitators. Add a ready-made wellbeing module to your programmes without researching and writing it from scratch.

HR, people and culture leaders. Run a session for your own team or organisation, with materials that look professional and can carry your branding.
