Tickets are non-refundable, as venue and event costs are committed in advance based on attendee numbers. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer or resell your ticket to another suitable person. Please notify Marina of the new attendee's name and contact details prior to the event. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
