The hardest decisions are not between good and bad. They are between good and good, when you are not yet sure who you are.
That is exactly where Nicholas works.
Before he became a coach, he was a palliative care nurse at Assisi Hospice in Singapore, sitting with patients and families in the final chapter of life. In those rooms, he learned what it looks like when a person reaches the end without having truly known themselves. That foundation shapes how he listens. Not with urgency, but with patience. Not with a plan, but with presence.
As a pioneer certified Drawmetrics coach, Nicholas uses the assessment not as a verdict but as a mirror. Where most tools describe how you behave, Drawmetrics reveals what you actually value and why you make the choices you do. For someone standing at a crossroads, that kind of self-knowledge is not a luxury. It is the foundation.
His approach rests on a simple conviction: that every person carries something irreplaceable, and that the coach's role is not to direct but to help that person see and trust what is already in them. He walks alongside, not above.
Nicholas works with young adults navigating identity and vocation, parents supporting children through major transitions, and career transitioners at any stage of life.
If something on this page made you pause, that is probably worth a conversation.
