Dick Lee is an experienced executive coach and leadership facilitator with over 43 years of professional experience, spanning 26 years in telecommunications management and 17 years in Learning & Development.

He partners with middle to senior leaders to build self-awareness, strengthen leadership effectiveness, and drive sustainable behavioural change. His coaching approach integrates psychological insight, behavioural assessment, and practical leadership application, grounded in real-world management experience.

Leadership-wise, Dick is a values-driven, people-centred professional who builds trust quickly and leads through credibility rather than authority. He is known for his empathy, clarity of insight, and principled judgement, and thrives in purpose-driven environments that value autonomy and growth.

Outside of work, Dick is actively involved in community service, serving on the EXCO of the Chinese Swimming Club and his parish church, and leading golf-based charity initiatives to support the underprivileged in Singapore.
